un-lined by scott fraser

Twitter is a beautiful creation and while I dislike being so connected to the world via my many social networks, I am so grateful when I come across great talents such as Scot Fraser. I’m not sure whether it was the blog or the collection that came first from Scott, but I think we can all agree that both are inspired.

Scott’s aesthetic is created with “the notion of keeping one eye on the past, but the other firmly set to the future”. I like the blog, I like Scott’s personal style and I like 99% of his collection. However, there’s 1% of this collection that comes in the form of a un-lined leather tote and this tote is pure perfection. The tote is useful in design yet so uncomplicated in it’s finish, hearkens back to his approach to menswear. I’m yet to see an accessory in menswear fit my idea of the prefect tote like it.

Read his blog Retrospective Modernism and be inspired. Buy the Scott Fraser Collection and look inspired. Thanks for reading and don’t forget to like and leave a comment etc. I will cover some of my favourite collections from LCM, unfortunately my plans to go down for LCM went out the window when I was given a mountain of work to do! However, I do have a few fun things coming up.
